Broken Arrow, OK - BRADEN is celebrating 95 years of safety, innovation and excellence in manufacturing. Starting in 1924, Glenn Braden opened up a facility near present day downtown Tulsa and began building quality gear driven equipment for the local oil industry. BRADEN Steel soon had a line of winch, hoist and other gear driven systems for a wide range of industries. These products became a part of military efforts in World War II and were followed with a move to larger facilities in Broken Arrow, OK. The BRADEN name still lives on at that same Broken Arrow location with another plant in Okmulgee, OK.
